This 45-minute Thought Field Therapy (TFT) session offers a supportive introduction to this gentle energy-based technique for emotional relief and balance. Together, we will explore what TFT is, how it works, and how it can help calm the nervous system and release emotional stress. During the session, you’ll be guided through basic TFT tapping sequences while receiving intuitive support tailored to your unique needs. The focus is both experiential and educational—allowing you to feel the effects of TFT while learning simple, foundational techniques you can continue using on your own. This session is ideal if you are new to TFT, curious about energy-based emotional healing, or seeking practical tools to support emotional well-being between sessions. No prior experience is necessary. Sessions are offered virtually in a calm, compassionate space, allowing you to relax, learn, and begin reconnecting with your inner sense of balance.

Reiki Practice Comprehensive Policy Appropriate Conduct and Session Purpose At our Reiki practice, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all clients and practitioners. To maintain this environment: Reiki sessions are provided solely for energy healing purposes. Any inappropriate comments, requests, or behaviors of a sexual, romantic, or otherwise unwelcome nature will not be tolerated. Practitioners reserve the right to immediately terminate any session and request that clients leave the premises if they engage in any behavior that creates an uncomfortable or inappropriate situation. No refunds will be issued for sessions terminated due to inappropriate behavior. Repeat violations will result in permanent refusal of service. Payment and Cancellation Policy All sales are final. We do not refund, exchange, or transfer products, healing sessions, training, packages, or gift certificates. For no-shows, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service. We understand that unforeseen mitigating circumstances may arise; please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Within 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, there are no changes or cancellations for any reason. There is nothing more valuable than time, and this time is set aside especially for you. We turn people away and begin prepping for your session 24 hours in advance. Health and Safety For anyone who becomes sick or is displaying cold/flu/allergy/COVID-19 symptoms, your in-person session may be converted to a Remote/Distance Session (by phone). Please do not arrive with cold/flu/allergy/COVID-19 symptoms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional healing environment where everyone feels safe and respected.
