Cancellation and No-Show Policy

I understand that life happens and schedules change. To honor everyone's time and allow others to book available slots, please review the following policy:

Cancellations

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours advance notice. You may cancel by:​

Cancellations made with proper notice will not be charged, and you're welcome to reschedule at your convenience.

 

Late Cancellations

Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. This holds your appointment time and allows me to prepare for your session energetically and practically.

 

No-Shows

Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. A no-show is defined as:

  • Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late (which may result in a shortened or rescheduled session)

  • Not being available for your virtual session at the scheduled time

 

Future Bookings

After a no-show or late cancellation, prepayment may be required for future appointments.

 

Emergencies and Exceptions

I understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience a sudden illness, family emergency, or unexpected crisis, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with you compassionately to reschedule without penalty when genuine emergencies arise.

 

My Commitment to You

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer you priority rebooking. Your time is valuable, and I honor that commitment.
